Each Brand Ambassador is given the tools to learn about each product that they are representing days before an event takes place, and look forward to relaying a brand’s message to the consumer. New team members are required to shadow a work shift with a veteran Brand Ambassador, and complete and pass a training course before working their first event, assuring that each event will have a positive result.
